Atmosphere of the shop
If you walk straight down Keyaki-dori at the south exit of Niigata Station with your back to the station and turn right, you will see a bright shop in the dark. Inside the bright and lively shop, we strive to create an atmosphere that will warm the hearts of our customers! We aim to be a shop that lives up to the name "Hitoyoshi" which we named it after our desire to "make people better through food"!
There are a total of 5 tatami rooms! 2 for 2 people (not a sunken kotatsu) and 3 for 4 people (a sunken kotatsu) are available! The sunken kotatsu allows you to relax comfortably! The seating can be easily arranged, so we can accommodate up to 20 people!
Hitoyoshi is a legendary eel restaurant that is only open from 11am to 2pm! It's great value for money! They make fluffy eels by steaming them, dipping them in sauce, and baking them three times! They also offer takeout, so it's perfect for meetings and other gatherings! Please see the menu for details!
